Here at Dogs & Co we are aim to provide a first class service from ordering through to delivery. You, our customer, are of the up most importance to us - if we can do anything to make your purchase from us better, please let us know.

We have hand selected our products to be the best (to our knowledge) on the market. We strive to stay ahead of the high street in offering you the very latest in pet products, as well as stocking all our traditional favourites.

If you are having a problem locating a ‘must have’ dog item, contact us directly using the form on the Contact Us page, and we will do our best to find it for you.

We will never disclose any of your personal information to a third party - unless it is required to fulfil the order. We do not keep or retain any payment details. All information provided is covered by the data information act.

For our customer’s peace of mind, we have chosen to use PayPal as our primary payment method. By using PayPal, we never receive or see your credit/ debit card details - they are kept securely (SSL) by PayPal. Should you have a dispute or claim PayPal will ‘Hold’ the payment until it is resolved.
