Our office is always manned during show time, but we slim down our service. So if we don’t answer your email or telephone message immediately, please allow time for our office team to get back to you. Orders will be picked and processed where the stock is still available and not at the show. Some orders may be delayed, please bear this in mind when placing an order or chasing an order. We cannot ship handmade or bespoke items when the shows are on.  Please allow a few days for any delays either side of the show dates shown.
