We at Dogs & Co want you to be able to purchase from us with full confidence. If you have any questions or queries, contact us direct using the form on the Contact Us page.

If you need to return an item bought on this site for any reason, we will happily refund the purchase or exchange the item for something else.

If you have purchased the wrong size, colour or design, return the item to us if reasonable care of the goods has been taken (by the buyer), we will exchange / refund the item. Notice of the exchange must be received within seven days after the day after receipt of the item Please contact us first via email or telephone incase there is more to pay - i.e. for a larger size and return p+p.

If you have visited our stand at a show and wish to return a product, we will happily exchange it for another item on our site, as long as the consumer has taken ‘reasonable care’ of the product before return. Notice of return must be within seven days of purchase. Proof of purchase may be asked for. The new item will be offered at the web site price, which may be different from the price on the stand.

Always contact us first before returning an item for any reason - we may need to ask for specific details.

The consumer must have taken ‘reasonable care’ of the product before return. Any original packing and labels are to be included with the return where ever possible.

Notice of the exchange must be received within seven days after the day after receipt of the item.

Faulty or damaged goods must be notified within 7 days after the day after receipt of the order. A full refund or exchange will be given. The faulty or damaged item will need to be returned to us, the final assessment will be made by Dogs & Co.

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on handmade & made to order items .

None of these policies effect your online purchasing rights IAW trading standards.
