For EU member countries minimum order is £250 – not including VAT or shipping. Non EU member countries please contact us direct for terms email
Dogs Dogs Dogs does not offer a sale or return policy, all sales are final.
VAT
If you are not VAT registered in your own country then we are obliged by EU law to charge you VAT. Non EU member countries please contact us direct for terms email
Back Orders
If an item is out of stock or currently unavailable, Dogs Dogs Dogs will deduct the item(s) from the invoice and inform the buyer of next availability. All or any back orders are arranged on an individual basis.
Shipping
Freight costs will depend on the amount you order and how much it costs to send to you via either UPS or TNT – you will be charged the full amount for shipping. If you have your own carrier or shipper we would be very happy to work with you on this. If you have a UK mainland FOB there is no shipping charge for orders over £500.
What we need from you:
We will need a company registration number and VAT / tax code from you before first shipment is sent. All payments must be made in full before we can send a shipment. All orders requiring bespoke or items made / ordered especially, must be paid for at time of ordering in part or in full unless other arrangements have been pre agreed by Dogs Dogs Dogs
Returns & Cancelled Orders
For orders cancelled before or after confirmation and/or payment, but before dispatch contact us in writing (email) for a full refund, less any monies paid to a 3rd party that cannot be recovered, for example a shipper or courier.
Orders cancelled after dispatch will be subject to agreement by Dogs Dogs Dogs and full or part refund by negotiation - the refund will not include any costs incurred by Dogs Dogs Dogs for shipping or returning the order, For returns of individual items due a fault or damage, contact us upon receipt of the items for a replacement item or refund and any costs incurred by the buyer. All refunds & returns are at the approval of Dogs Dogs Dogs.
Drop Shipping
Dogs Dogs Dogs does not offer a drop shipping service.
