Minimum Orders -
Dogs Dogs Dogs minimum order is £150 (not including VAT or shipping) with a shipping charge of up to £9.50 maximum.
Free shipping for orders over £500 (not including VAT or shipping)
Dogs Dogs Dogs does not offer a sale or return policy, all sales are final.
VAT
VAT is not included in the prices quoted on the website or on price lists. VAT will be added to the invoice on checkout at 20%
Payment
All orders must be paid for before dispatch unless pre agreed by Dogs Dogs Dogs.
Back Orders
If an item is out of stock or currently unavailable, Dogs Dogs Dogs will deduct the item(s) from the invoice and inform the buyer of next availability. All or any back orders are arranged on an individual basis.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped as soon as possible after the order is completed. Orders will be shipped via courier service and will be tracked. Shipping charges are subject to our minimum order.
Our shipping charges only apply to Mainland UK - not including The Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland - these areas will need to pay full shipping charges (UPS charges) or arrange their own shipping. Returns & Cancelled Orders
For orders cancelled before or after confirmation and/or payment, but before dispatch contact us in writing (email) for a full refund, less any monies paid to a 3rd party that cannot be recovered, for example a shipper or courier.
Orders cancelled after dispatch will be subject to agreement by Dogs Dogs Dogs and full or part refund by negotiation - the refund will not include any costs incurred by Dogs Dogs Dogs for shipping or returning the order, For returns of individual items due a fault or damage, contact us upon receipt of the items for a replacement item or refund and any costs incurred by the buyer. All refunds & returns are at the approval of Dogs Dogs Dogs.
Drop Shipping
Dogs Dogs Dogs does not offer a drop shipping service.
